Silverstein, The Vista at US Bank Tower

Los Angeles, CA
14,000 Sq/Ft

A+I worked with Silverstein Properties to develop The Vista, the 54th floor of US Bank Tower, a defining anchor of the Downtown Los Angeles skyline, as a hospitality-inspired destination exclusive to building tenants.

The 54th floor was rebranded as The Vista, a nod to the sweeping views of Los Angeles seen throughout. With expansive windows around the entire space, tenants have a panoramic look at the city, notably, the Hollywood sign and Dodgers Stadium.

This floor is unique, as it acts as a transfer floor for anyone working on the upper stacks. Now, The Vista serves as a destination for those working on the upper floors and draws all other tenants up.

Key programmatic elements were organized in consideration of the views. Upon arrival, tenants are greeted with a food and coffee bar, with flexible workspaces and lounges surrounding it. Bookable event and conferencing rooms, as well as a marketing center and pitch room, hug the perimeter. US Bank Tower tenants now have a full suite of amenities, supporting the future of flexible work, offering a place to connect, and drawing their eye out toward the city they call home.
